Pairing Inspiration - Vancouver Fine Art Photographer

Many of the images in this print store have been chosen because they can work especially well in a set of images. In this blog post, you'll be able to see examples of the types of prints that can complement each other.

Pairing with similar colors or tones

Black and white pieces will often work quite well together.

Pairing through contrast

Every color has an opposite, use this color wheel to figure out what it is. These combinations will create the most color contrast and ensure that they pop from one another. Contrast can also come in the form of dark and light.

Features prints: Dawn Patrol, Snow Day

Pairing through sets

These are images that contain similar composition, lighting conditions, location and editing. The Snowscape Set is the perfect example.
