I spent three nights camping next to a herd of Mountain Goats during a photography trip. Sometimes, they’d stay far away but other times, especially once they got used to me, they didn’t mind me being around. On the last sunrise before the hike back down the mountain, I was able to get this photo. By far my favorite from the trip and one that shows the power of these incredible animals in their beautiful environment.
